We have all experienced a very difficult, unusual, and sad start across the globe in 2020 with this ever-prevailing pandemic.

Thankfully, we have all banded together as a community in an attempt to protect each other and the most vulnerable. We at Gatti Design would like to do our part by keeping our fellow colleagues, clients, and community safe whilst we conduct our business.

Gatti Design is committed to helping you create your dream home while keeping you safe. In light of the current restrictions, we have updated our work methods to ensure that we continue to provide you with an effective design and construction process.

You might be wondering how this is possible? Meetings can now be held via our online communication platforms which we were often running on projects outside of the Brisbane region and interstate which enabled us to have the experience to continue to work with all clients during COVID. We conduct a Skype walk-through of your premises and a thorough consultation, followed by a Skype presentation of all digital drawings and design ideas. Facetime site meetings are held with all builders and tradespeople to guarantee that the construction site and timeframes run smoothly.

What Action Does Gatti Design Take To Ensure Your Safety?

Our on-site builders continue to work ardently during these restrictions to make your dream home renovation a reality. They are abiding by all social distancing regulations and planning ahead to ensure that the number of contractors on-site at any given time is kept to the legal requirement. We are also double checking with all clients and suppliers that we interact with, prior to meetings, that they are well before our attendance. We ensure that we apply social distancing measures when attending face to face meetings.
